The Confederation of Industrial Chambers Concamin and the government of the State of Mexico agreed to the integration of the agency in the State Council for Regulatory Improvement and installing a joint working.
The industry body said that it seeks to achieve a more effective link and exploit productive areas of opportunity in the state, with concrete proposals and periodic evaluations around various issues of common interest.
Among such issues investment development, security, mobility and industry academia linkage for talent development was mentioned, he said.
CONCAMIN president, Manuel Vega Herrera, considered as a priority for the Mexican industry maintain constant communication with government agencies of the State of Mexico.
The company, he said, represents the second largest economy in the country and therefore a strategic entity for the development of various productive activities, contributing 9.0 percent to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
During the monthly meeting of Board of CONCAMIN, with the participation of Governor of the State of Mexico, Eruviel Ávila, as a special guest, he expressed the conviction body to strengthen ties with this state.
He noted that CONCAMIN has multiple issues of productive development with state and wants to promote the strategic priorities of the industry, based on competitiveness and productivity of businesses, generating innovation and production chain by promoting the talent of the people of the region.
Vega Herrera thanked the governor of the State of Mexico for their support and effort by signing the agreement with industry to regulate Hoy No Circula Metropolitan affecting the entity, along with Mexico City.
Meanwhile, Ávila Villegas acknowledged the work of CONCAMIN and its president, while requesting your support to continue working together with industry.
